Temps down/meds up

For the last week I've been taking 4 gr. NT, taking 25 mg HC for 2 months now. My temps are fairly level but they are not wanting to average past 97. After starting on HC 2 months ago my temps finally leveled out pretty good and I was able to dose up to 3 gr. and eventually to 3 1/2 gr. as I was still having cold hands/ feet, major weight regainswollen feet/ankles and loosing hair so after another month I dosed up to 4 gr. I'm not having cold hands/feet now but I can feel my core is still cold and my other symptoms are still there and don't understand why my temps aren't going up with a higher dose. This doesn't make any sense to me, even though I'm taking more thyroid it doesn't seem to be getting into my system very well. Take a look at my free t3 levels from both tests in June and November 09. Any idea's of what I could do to get the meds into my system better?
