Guest guest
Hi, I wish I could help here. But all I can add is that both your B12 and D are lowish. I know it takes a while to raise D. But if you are taking enough of the best form or B12, your *serum* (which is not a direct measure of your true cellular level) should be much much higher than it is. Serum B12 should be above 550. Guest guest
I'm currently taking: 1000mcg Twinlabs B12 dots (vegetarian formula) 2000iu vitamin D (trader Joes) I just bought Bluebonnet's vitamin D3 & will start that soon. Is there a test for the cellular level of B12? What brands or form would you recommend? Thanks, C. > > Hi, > > I wish I could help here. But all I can add is that both your B12 and D are lowish. Guest guest
The vitamin D that was recommended to me was Bio-Tech D3-5 Cholecalciferol. I buy it on the internet (see link below). It is not expensive. This is supposed to be the form of Vitamin D that is best absorbed and utilized. https://secure.bio-tech-pharm.com/detail.aspx?product_id=16 & cat_id=2 & subcat_id=0 > > > > Hi, > > > > I wish I could help here. Guest guest
Hi, IMHO, 1,000 mcg of B12 isn't that much. But still, your serum B12 should probably be higher on that dosage. The best form of B12 to take is methylcobalamin. Jarrow brand is a good one. Pam
