BP drop..but my temps are steady..Suggestions?

HI!

I am now at 45mcg T3, and cortisol cream 30mg.

My temps are a tad low but quite steady.

But my BP often drops when taking the test like: sitting down a while , take the

BP and then stand up and take the BP.

Somethimes I think that cortef must be more powerfull than the HC-cream.

but I cant take it...

I dose it like 1 ml is 1omg hc

Suggestions for me?

You could try upping the cream. I htink the potency depends alot on how

well oyu absorb it and you may nto be absorbing alot of that dose. We

really have NO guidelines for dosing cream, as if we had them for pills

either! lOL Soit si symptoms that are the final answer.

But the BP drop is a good indicator, right?

That my levels are to low..

I take HC cream every 4 hour.

So, if I take my BP to hours later after the last dose, and it drops, then I add

more hc,

Wait for 20 min and then retest it?

Can it be dangerous to take over 35 mg HC?

I would not use that exclusively to show a need for more HC. And as I

said we have NO WAY to knwo how much you are absorbing. You may only

absorb 20mg from that 35mg dose, we just dont; know. And I htink this

varies from person to person.
