Guest guest
I'm using a germatherm which is supposed to be like the old mercury ones, not digital. Thanks, I guess temps should only be a guide anyway. I feel better but yet I will be depressed based on one temp reading...I should throw it away. Guest guest
> So, which is correct? Leaving it in longer shouldn't keep raising the temp, right? Maybe both are correct?? Your temperature rises as you wake up, this is as the cortisol starts increasing in the morning The recommendation for armpit temperatures is 10 minutes from memory Nick
