Not silly as I have heard these same issues wiht some digital

thermometers. I dontl knwo the answer here, get a mercury?

I'm using a germatherm which is supposed to be like the old mercury ones, not digital. Thanks, I guess temps should only be a guide anyway. I own cheap, off-the-shelf digitals and they work fine for me especially in that

they tend to show readings consistent with how I'm feeling in reaponse to T3

therapy and all 3 of them track each other.

Maybe both are correct??

Your temperature rises as you wake up, this is as the cortisol starts

increasing in the morning

The recommendation for armpit temperatures is 10 minutes from memory
