Nick,

In the e-mail below you mentioned cortisol and stress dosing -- I am not sure I understand. I exercise every morning -- pretty intensely. How should I work my dosing around this?

Thanks,

Beth

Remember that a slump after exercise is cortisol and stress dose assoon as you feel it.>Ok, so I'll not add 5 mcg T3 to the fourth dose but rather try adding 5 mcg to the last dose, sublingually? We'll see what I dare trying out. :pI hope you slept better>>Scary thought that the ER can't help me.>Because it's not a life threatening condition hitting a cortisol slump>Thanks, and have a good afternoon yourself! (And all you others reading this!) Hope you've recovered from your temporary condition!I'm a lot better thanks, got 1/3 of the way on my trip for Monday lastnight so that's going to make it less tiring in the morning.Sleep patterns still a bit disturbed (wide awake at 3am as I writethis) but digestion settled down and ate a full portion of Chinesetakeaway last night and enjoyed it which is the most I

had eaten inone sitting since last Tuesday. I am working away this week and have no idea how much I will be onNick

If it's your usual routine and you are fine after it then do nothing

different.

I was talking about the case where someone feels wiped out after

excercise, that's the time a stress dose of HC can help.
