That's a good pattern, no cortisol issues by the looks of it but

indicating that you are hypo still and have no reserves of T3 so your

metabolism is following the fluctuation in the T3 levels.

it can take up to 10-15 minutes to melt all the way)

I doubt it makes any difference, if anything sublingual can be

quicker.
