Should I only look at the thirty or should i look at both the thirty and sixty? > That's a good pattern, no cortisol issues by the looks of it but indicating that you are hypo still and have no reserves of T3 so your metabolism is following the fluctuation in the T3 levels. >Also, the fact that I take it sublingually, does that change what time I should check my temp? (I'm thinking, sublingually, the t3 is slowly being released, so it can take up to 10-15 minutes to melt all the way) I doubt it makes any difference, if anything sublingual can be quicker.
