Low aldosterone which helps to adjust it also low dosium can also cause

potassium to go both too high and too low.

So I just need to drink more sea salt? To lower my potassium a bit?

My aldosterone in serum was 211 in June 2009, just as I started HC. But didn't add sea salt until later. The range is 70 - 800 pmol/l.I have tested it again, in urine, while taking sea salt, and it looked good. So, should I follow the urine results WHILE taking sea salt? What is your opinion?

Unless your aldosterone is really low, sea sal tmay =be enough to adjust

this out.
