Guest guest
Do you mean to just take the mg of cortef without the t3 to see if I sleep. I did not sleep again last nigtht. I did not take either the T3 or the cortef. I feel terrible this morning. I don't start feeling human until after my second does of T3 and cortef. Do you think Phosphosytlserine would help me sleep. Guest guest
Strt by trying 5mg HC at bedtime. I can;t imagine oyu would need less. If that works to help you sleep then try addingin the T3 with it. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
