You were right on, Nick, about adding extra HC to help my heart handle the T3. I

started adding some HC cream 3 times a day and my heart has been great the last

3 days! Thank you so much! I expect my HC pills to arrive any day now

(hopefully today) and plan to jump back up to 35 mg a day (where I was in the

Fall before I cut down to 30. That extra HC made a world of difference.

in CA (home again)

much HC? Anyone experience bad heart symptoms after eating sugar or coffee(even

decalf)? I'm at a loss to figure out what is going on here so I've been

thinking of any possibility ,but really worried and not knowing what to do.

I was thinking about you the last few days because in the fall I remember you

had a heart pain like me.I'm glad to hear you found your solution for this pain

because it's scary,I know it from my experience.I started having the pain again

from the beginning of this week after I lowered my HC from 35mg to 30mg,exactly

like you.I did not have this pain for 6 months now and went back to 32,5mg

yesterday but am still bothered a bit with the heart pain. Can't believe 5mg or

even 2,5mg HC makes so big difference.I had a high cortisol symptoms and that's

why lowered the dose but can't fix this heart pain.I'm glad to hear you are

doing well in your 6 months pregnancy.Take care and let us know how it goes.

Thanks

Milena
