Don't forget -- pop it under your tongue just before you turn out the lights! :-)

I've been taking my last dose this way for the past few weeks, and I definitely sleep better, even when I'm doing an increase! In fact, last night was my first 10 mcg dose at bedime. Didn't open my eyes until the alarm went off this morning!
