You were past ready for an increase then >TSH going down, FT4 never been so low and that's a good thing, FT3 going up which is good, right? How does it work, when I take more and more T3-meds, will FT3 just keep going up and up and up? rT3 will be interesting to see. And I guess Total T3 is ok too. You want FT3 at the top of the range. Increase the T3 fast enough and it will get there and stay there. When TSH goes down T4 production stops and then RT3 can fall properly. Stabilise on the 35 and you will be ready for 40 in a couple of days time. Nick
Guest guest
One can wonder if my TSH really was going up to create more T4 and T3, let's say if I stoppet taking meds.... Maybe I would be healthy without any meds then? I hate thinking like that! I have my strong doubts though. "What if" I just needed iodine, selenium, D3, B12 etc. to make everything work? :pWell I am now on this T3-only train with HC as my passenger. So let's get this train rollin' !!!Hope I can go up to 40 soon. I am shaking a bit today. And in the previous days on 35, my heart was really in some kind of weird pain/tickling weird feeling. I was just sucking it up and taking it "as a man". Still am. Today I feel like crap because I didn't get enough sleep in the nighttime. Uncertain if I need to stressdose for my sleepiness today. Slept from 4 am to 9:30 am or something like that. NOT good. >FT4 8.3 (8 - 20)FT3 6.3 (3.5 - 7.8)TSH 0.84 (0.5 - 3.6)Trijodtyronin 2.3 (1.2 - 2.7)rt3 - not done yet. Tonight go to bed and as you put the light out take the last dose of T3. Forget the iron for the night. See if you can get a better quality of sleep by going to sleep on the dose. Guest guest
Feeling like such a zombie now. Even forgot to take my third dose of T3 today, so I am 1 hour behind. What should I do now. Push my T3 1 hour forward, or take the next dose as I usually do, 3 hours apart, only this time, it will be 1 1/2 hours in between this dose and the next one? Thanks for the advice. Will try that. But isn't it bad to stop iron for one day, then the next day continue on the same high dose? I am at 89 mg iron daily. > Slept from 4 am to 9:30 am or something like that. NOT good.
