I ordered two CD's from Amazon at the beginning of December. Both to be

sent, in separate parcels, to my nephews at the same address. Neither of

them have arrived and Amazon are not responding to my emails. Any ideas how

I can get through to someone other than the anonymous and missnamed

helpdesk? No clues on the website. I paid with my NCT credit card, can

they help me to get my money back?

I'm totally fed up, I've never had problems with Amazon before and the one

time I really needed them to perform they have cocked up totally and my

nephews are now presentless for Christmas. Luckily am going to see them on

the 28th so will be able to go out and replace the CD's but that still

leaves me out of pocket and running around the shops just when I thought it

was all over.

anyone else had problems? Am tempted to feature them in my newspaper

column!!
