The T3 is not the onyl treatment for Hashi's it is not Hashi's per se

that is causing your high RT3. Hashi;s just requires a supressed TSH

that is what lowers antibodies and T3 or T3 or combo meds all do that

BUT when you also have high reverse T3 you need T3 only. Your lOw T3 is

causing iroon loss which you ned iron to otlerate enough thyroiud to

feel well, so you need ot raise T3 slowly as your iron comes up.
