Can you begin T3 Therapy before your temps stabalize on HC?

I am on 4.5 grains erfa and 25mg HC cream. Do I need to stabilize my temps

before I begin T3 therapy? This seems so complicated! Thanks so much!!!!

If temperatures are unstable, in terms of day to day average as per

the times in the instruction, then ANY thyroid support will have

problems

From my experience to this point and from what I have read from this group,

everything you can do to get your temp stable with proper adrenal support and

proper ferritin levels makes the 12 week clearing process easier and dare I say

it, more fun (at least with fewer hypo symptoms).
