Add salt back in, give it a couple of days, see what's happening, if it's a temporary blip or a change. It could be that your resistance cleared without you noticing and you are now on too much T3 for your adrenals to cope with! Nick
Guest guest
Well, that was the next question I was going to ask : what am I looking in terms of signs and symptoms when resistance clears? Am i even going to notice since the adrenal fatigue symptoms are still hanging around? It makes no sense to me, though, that my temp would drop. I would have guessed the opposite if I had too much T3 in me. Can you explain it or direct me to a website? I am back on the salt, starting yesterday. Thanks, Jeanne > > >Since I'm back I'm taking my temps and instead of running 98-98.6, I'm running 97.4-98.2. Being more sensitive to the amount of thyroid you are taking >Am i even going to notice since the adrenal fatigue symptoms are still hanging around? > It could have the effect of making unsupported adrenal issues worse if it then means the amount of thyroid you are on is more than your adrenals will take. >It makes no sense to me, though, that my temp would drop.
