Do I need to get off HC for T3 meds?

I thought I should make sure about this. I'm currently taking 25 mg. HC and doing good with it, if the doc takes me off my NT and puts me on T3 only med, will I have to get off HC or change my dose?? Kem in Eugene <º)))><
