Probably yes but I normally suggest a minimum of 3 days to let T3

levels stabilise. This low in the dose you will probably be OK.

Check pulse before you are about to take it, you can decide on a " dose

by dose " basis whether to take it then or not

Today I was only able to take my morning dose as both my BP & pulse went up & I

was feeling quite agitated. Not sure why as I am on such a low dose & it's the

generic Cytomel which is supposed to be very weak. I took 5 mcg of my leftover

brand name Cytomel the other day & it felt way too strong for me.

I got pulse down from 99 to 80 & BP has come down too..just not as low as I

would like. LOL. Took 2 stress doses of HC & some extra sea salt. Work was very

hectic today & that did not help.

I will try again tomorrow going bk up to 3 doses of 6.25 per day & will hold for

3-5 days to see how I do...unless you have another suggestion.

Just wish I knew why I had this reaction today. I am on such a small dose of T3

& my adrenals are being supported via HC & my ferritin has come up from the IV

iron. Any insight what could have caused this?

Temps have been from 98 to 98.4 mostly..1 x were 98.6. Nothing higher...,so no

hyper temps.

Just took my a.m. dose of T3 30 mins after my a.m. dose of 10 mg HC. Took 1/4 of

25 mcg tablet. Hopefully will not have same reaction today.

Slept so so last nite. Am very stressed w/ work.

Any insights? Thnx.
