My second last dose became 10 mcg instead of 5! Nick, what will happen now? Was this VERY bad or what? No, just not preferred, you may be slightly more tired in the morning, that's all >Now I guess I will have to take 5 mcg sublingually! :\ That's the dose I have left now................. > Yep, you've got the plan Nick > > > > > >Just hope it's not dangerous! Guest guest
Ok cool mate!HOWEVER - This evening I've felt MUCH more sleepy and tired than "normal". Can this mean (just an uneducated guess) that I need to up my T3 dose AGAIN? Or does my Cortisol and Ferritin put a limit to how fast I can up this? Can I come into the situation where my body needs more T3, but my Cortisol and Ferritin wont allow it thus placing me in a dangerous situation?BP feels lower today. I can be wrong though. My head feels like a ball of cotton or something. Feeling HEVY in the head. Also, is it normal to have a temp of 37.0 C (98.6 F) at 11:20 pm? Hmmm! It's been that temp the whole day, from about 2 hours after I woke up! Just curious. >Ahhhh!! I took my 10 mcg T3 dose, which was supposed to go under the tongue, now at 9:30 pm instead! Guest guest
Just like when you get sick, your temp is usually higher at night. So I would think that would be a good thing, but I am not an expert, so I could be wrong. lol From: Gibcast Sent: Wednesday, February 17, 2010 5:17 PM To: RT3_T3 Subject: Re: Mixed up my second last with my last T3 dose Ok cool mate! Guest guest
>Ok cool mate! >HOWEVER - This evening I've felt MUCH more sleepy and tired than " normal " . Your " normal " is a nocturnal pattern. Getting tired and sleepy in the evening is normal for most people. >Can this mean (just an uneducated guess) that I need to up my T3 dose AGAIN? Or does my Cortisol and Ferritin put a limit to how fast I can up this? > It might be that your sleep patterns are normalizing now you had a decent night's sleep with the night time dose. >Can I come into the situation where my body needs more T3, but my Cortisol and Ferritin wont allow it thus placing me in a dangerous situation? You can be in that situation, it's just being hypo for a bit longer though, not " dangerous " . >BP feels lower today. I can be wrong though. My head feels like a ball of cotton or something. Feeling HEVY in the head. lack of adrenaline when you are used to living on it?? >Also, is it normal to have a temp of 37.0 C (98.6 F) at 11:0 pm? Hmmm! Your temperatures are an anomaly, possibly due to your tonsils but we don't know for sure Nick
