Guest guest
Hi there, In trying to find out more about Neurontin and how it affects thinking (aside from sleepiness), I saw memory loss mentioned on a support site for people who were taking the drug for migraines. I also found a mention of memory loss as a possible side effect for children under 12 with epilepsy, who were taking Neurontin to prevent convulsions. http://www.drugs.com/neurontin.html Skye, you mentioned you had taken Neurontin for a while. Has anyone else taken this drug for RA? Did you experience any memory loss? Here's another item where a side effect of Neurontin is described as " Thinking abnormal. " (It sounds pretty blunt, but I guess there is no nice way to describe it :< ) In a clinical trial where people had continuing pain after they were treated for shingles, 2.7 percent experienced this side effect. http://www.rxlist.com/cgi/generic/gabapent_ad.htm Hope you all have a pleasant, sunny day! > > I read back a bit and people were talking about loss of memory and > Neurontin .
