Guest guest
I try to have at least two months ahead on T3 and HC. I also do iodine and have a years supply stashed away. I carry T3 and HC in my handbag with dosing instructions. MacG. To: RT3_T3 Sent: Thu, 18 February, 2010 15:43:47Subject: Medical Bracelets? Hello,I have another question. How many of you are wearing medical bracelets if you are on cortisol. I would think that if you were knocked unconscious and no one knew that you were on HC that you could get REALLY sick - or die - if you suddenly stop it.Also, in case of sudden disruption to our economy or any TEOTWAWKI situation, do any of you have HC stockpiled?Just additional questions I have.Regards,Lea Ann Savage
Guest guest
My doctor had me get a medical bracelet when she put me on 40mg Cortef a day. She said the same thing you did - if you wind up unconscious in an emergency room, they need to know you're on it. I believe the same is true for t3 (guess I need another medical bracelet now). Regarding stockpiling - I'm a " nervous nellie " and and keep in the house at all times 3 months worth of EVERYTHING I need - Cynomel, Cortef, Florinef. > > > Hello, > > I have another question. > > How many of you are wearing medical bracelets if you are on cortisol. Guest guest
I was thinking of ordering extra Cynomel. Do they put a limit on how much you can order at once? I was thinking of ordering a six month supply, because like you, I get nervous about not having enough. Guest guest
Good question. I've put off the medical bracelet thing because I'm in the 12 week period and didn't know how it would all shake out. Hopefully carrying my Isocort and T3 in my purse will give a clue at this point. I have ordered a few months medication, but 6 months worth is an excellent idea... I was thinking of ordering a six month supply, because like you, I get nervous about not having enough. I have ordered 12 bottles at a time (4 by the 3 bottle bundle) and they arrived fine to England. There is a US customs reg that you are not meant to bring in more than 3 months supply of drugs I think so you may want to do a couple of smaller orders on different days rather than one big order and risk it being stopped, The last batch I had was dated June 2011 expiry Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com

Guest guest
BTW, my doctor wants me to order a medical bracelet, too. He said while I wait to make sure I put a note in my wallet, and I will give copies to my husband and mom to keep in their wallets as well, just in case. I know I can't order 6 months of HC, but I do have tubes of the cream just in case. And since I haven't started T3 yet, I figured it couldn't hurt to buy 6 months worth. After seeing so many of you not getting your T3 in time before you run out, I just want to err on the side of caution. Guest guest
Thanks for the heads up on that Nick. I forgot about the 3 month supply. I will just order it twice and have one batch sent to my Mom's house. I figure if I can get a 6 month supply and then every 3 months order more, I will be ahead of the game. Thanks again!Terri From: Nick Foot Sent: Thursday, February 18, 2010 5:00 PM To: RT3_T3 Subject: Re: Re: Medical Bracelets? >>I was thinking of ordering extra Cynomel.
