Since I removed the bedtime T3 that has lowered my T3 though it helped my HC at

night. Thought it gave me a nice increase in temp, the lowering effect is

probably catching up to me. I think I need to increase my T3 in the morning and

continue to leave it off at night.

This sounds logical to me.

episode of starvation in the middle of the night with my SR T3. I talked about

it in the subject of " Balance Act of T3 and HC " .

temps jumped, felt good and avg was 98.3.

was awful for me because I was also on SR T3 7.5 at bedtime.

the T3 is running out. I think I should had increased T3 today.

with new T3 hit, but then it will fall due to not getting enough which is what

is happening. When that happens I should increase the T3.
