To all of you that are going through the " pizza thing " ....

Have you tried making a pizz with no crust? Here is how I do mine:

1 roll of Italian sausage

2 to 4 TBS Italian seasoned tomato paste or sauce (your personal taste)

toppings and cheese

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.

***Press sausage onto pizza pan or cookie sheet. Press out really thin, then

pinch up the edges.

Put in oven and bake for about 5 to 10 minutes. Since ovens vary, keep an eye

on it. when sausage is done not crispy remove from oven and drain any grease.

Spread tomato paste/sauce in thin layer. Add toppings-- pepperoni, olives,

mushrooms, onions, anchovies etc....

Top with shredded cheese. Put back in oven and bake until cheese is melted and

as done as you like it.

***I use the Owens brand; it is sold where the rolls of breakfast sausage are

and has very little grease***

My family has decided that they really like this better than the ones with

crust. LCing and not even aware! :)
