Guest guest
I listened to the broadcast too and he did not mention the pharmacy which compounds it, only that there were two. If you get this information I'd love to know it too! > > You may be able to get this info from his office. Guest guest
I was a patient at the Holtorf clinic.. they make it at their pharmacy on site. I was on the t3 SR from them for 7 months.. still have all the symptoms I started with. now Im kinda confused because people on this list said that I shouldnt be on the SR but the other T3... I was on 150 mcg t3 Sr... I didnt get a chance to listen to the "talk" with Dr Holtorf yet. Guest guest
Laurie this is good to hear form patients that have tried this version of SR T3 as we were told it was " differnt " from the other versions of SR T3 thta were ineffective, but your experience shows maybe it is no better than other SRT3 formulas or at least it certainly was bnot for you. If after 7 months of 150mcg T3 I woudl certainly recommend trying regular T3 in multi dosed times of the day to see if you have some other resistance or if it is indeed stil just not well absorbed. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
I've listened to part of it - he seemed to be aware that some SR preparations were not good and that they were trying various binding compounds to get the release to work properly. Maybe his formula works okay - but given the apparent difficulty getting this right, it's probably safer to use non-SR several times per day - at least, I think that's the basis of the advice you're getting here. Guest guest
I started At lower dose of t3sr at Holtorf something like 75mcg and He increased it about every 2 Months. I never felt "good" on the meds. (which I am still on) I might also add that I was never Asked about my temps while a pt There. As I mentioned I haven't Listened to the talk with Holtorf yet So I'll comment more after listening To it.
