We have a challenge going where everybody chose their own personal challenge, like so many carbs, or no Atkins bars....I chose exercising every day in June. I usually don't do it on weekends...so far, so good...my goal to get in at a minimum a half-hour. I like to walk too, and another lister, Dianne, is a speed-walker and has helped me tremendously with hints and music---in fact I am losing inches as you say and most happy about it!!!! I bought a pedometer which has made it more fun too.I also do a little Tae Bo when the spirit hits (it is terribly hot here in Honduras and I don't have AC so I have to get in the exercise early and Tae Bo is not something I can do when I first jump out of bed)....and I do weight training three times a week.And thanks to ANOTHER lister, , who came up with the bright idea of tying myself to a rope in my small pool, I am now swimming once again!!! I am really happy about this as I missed doing it...I am going to do that three times a week (would like to do it everyday but my hair can't take it).Okay...so you see...I get excited about exercise LOL.Joya Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
