Unless the symptoms are very bad I would tend to hold it at least three

days to see for certina that it is caused by the T3 and alsop to see if

it just stops once oyur body gets used ot it. This sounds more like

hypoglycemia than t3 intolerance.

Ok. I was hoping you'd say that as I need to get unhypo as soon as possible.

I'm not having chest tightness or anything, just a racing heart periodically.
