Hi everyone.

I am about 3 weeks past my 12 week mark on 100 mcg of T3. I felt the clearing

one day before the 12 weeks and dropped down to 75 mcg.

Now I feel like I need to go back up to 100 mcg. My pulse is around 82, but my

temps are stable at avg 98.0. I still feel somewhat depressed and tired.

My question is, can I just go right back to 100 or should I work up slowly?

And, can I take it 3 times a day instead of 4? 4 times a day is such a pain!

Thanks,

I would go up 12.5 at a time and leave 3 days between increases

You can try, if it doesn't work you will feel very tired and your

temperature will drop.

I am taking it 6 times and day and that works well for me. You may be

lucky and be able to do less.
