Guest guest
Still hypothyroid, only worse now. Past few months I got my period every 24-25 days. (before thyroid removal it was 28 days and before the childbirths it was 30-32 days) Now I'm getting it at three weeks, that's only 21 days. I never had nervousness or irritability due to menses but now I do; whoa! I feel like somehow having my period is eating up more of my t3 or hc, not sure which one. It's day 8 or 9 of 45 mcg. t3 and terrified of raising it, as previously I had the heart symptoms. Also, due to cold weather, I may need more hc to tolerate an increase in t3. I'm soooo confused. Which way should I go? My temps are not stable and maybe that's due to the hormonal shift; so I need a coupla more days of temp graphing at this time of month to see a pattern. What to do about getting period so soon apart? add more t3? I've been raising by 5 mcg. per week or two. I don't tolerate too much too fast. Then again, maybe with enough hc I can tolerate more. Thinking whether to raise to 50 mcg tomorrow. I'm rambling on, better stop here.
