why is my ferritin low but TIBC and UICB are low as well?

My ferritin is 28 but my TIBC and UICB are also at the low ranges. I cannot find

a profile for this. Only for HIGH TIBC and UICB plus low ferritin. My iron level

is right in the middle.

I don't want to get iron overload from supps, but I need to raise my ferritin.

Anyone know about this?
