My RT3 cleared :-)!!! Now figuring dosing/new labs

My RT3 cleared at 11.5 weeks, just as Val & Nick have predicted :-)))! This

really caught me by surprise, because at 10 weeks (on 75mcg) I was pretty

bummed, thinking that I wasn't on a trajectory to clear by 12 weeks. I was still

hypo, didn't really see a gradual lessening of hypo sx, well maybe, but erratic

and slow.

I stayed on 75mcg and the hyperness cleared in a day or 2. It was great!! I felt

so productive, able to clean the house in the evenings!!! Something I've NEVER

been able to do. And I felt so happy!

Now I need to figure a maintenance dose. Latest labs below (taken after the

clearing). As typical, my endo thinks I'm on too high a dose because my " TSH is

too low and total T3 is too high " . I still have hypo symptoms but it's so hard

to figure: difficulty coordinating tongue occasionally, still colder than

others/must wear long sleeves + another layer, not as energetic or mentally as

quick as I think I should be;-). I wanted her to *raise* my dose.

FT4 0.3 (range 0.8-1.8)

total T3 255 (range 76-181)

TSH 0.01 (range 0.40-4.50)

My ferritin is about 75 and my last plasma ACTH was 21 (range 5-27), although

my adrenals still feel weak. A sudden startle is really taxing.

My endo thinks I may be tired because I'm " too reved up " by too much cytomel so

my body is tired at the end of the day. It's *really* hard to track my temps

since I'm a physical therapist and move a lot at work and at home with kids.

Although they run a bit low when I manage to get 3 in a day.

My plan is try Cynomel and stay at 75mcg. despite the dr. wanting to lower my

dose--and continue trying to track temps.

When people feel right, where does total T3 land?

Thank you all so much!!! This group has changed my life :-)))!
