Guest guest
Here is a good quiche recipe I sent someone. Cheryl D. 140/137.5/127 RE: quiche Quiche is easy. I make it crustless. Beat together 6 eggs, 1 cup heavy cream,(you can probably substitute milk or 1/2 and 1/2) 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp dry mustard, pinch of thyme, pinch of black pepper. Butter a pie/quiche pan, grate a bunch of cheese in the bottom, put any veg/meats you want in, and pour the egg mixture over top. Cook at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, until lightly brown and a toothpick comes out clean in the middle. This morning used some sauteed onions and green chiles, last week it was some drained frozen broccoli and cooked onions. I prefer veggies in mine rather than meat. This will last me for 4-5 days of breakfast.- cheryl>>
