Guest guest
Doc gave me capsules of magnesium citrate - worked like a charm. Took one every night before bed. Subject: Re: no one can help me, advice please? To: RT3_T3 Date: Saturday, February 20, 2010, 4:11 PM Have you tried magnesium? Magnesium oxide worked best when I needed it, which is one others on this list don't like. It's not the best for bringing up magnesium levels, but can relieve constipation. --Irene>>. major constipation, no BM for over 2 weeks at a time. Guest guest
Me too. I take three 400mg tablets at bedtime and it works very well. My daughter does the same and used to have all kinds of tummy issues. They are all gone with the Mag Citrate supplementation. From: S. Guest guest
I use "Solgar" brand for the Mag citrate. I can get it at my local Vitamin Shoppe store. Can I ask what brand you are using of the Mag Citrate? Re: no one can help me, advice please? To: RT3_T3yahoogroups (DOT) comDate: Saturday, February 20, 2010, 4:11 PM Have you tried magnesium?
