Guest guest
I start out with low basal (97 point something or other) and in the eve it is the highest, at 98 point something. I thought I should be hitting 98 point something in the mid afternoon, not at six, seven, eight, nine p.m. Why are my temps high at night and what can i do to get a better rhythm? Is it because of the way I am dosing my t3? is it related to adrenal support? I wonder if this high temp in eve is what keeps me from falling asleep. Thanks!
