Guest guest
Hi, Nick, I'm quite religious about my temps tracking and have been heeding your advice: I take my temps prior to a t3 dose and then again at 30 and 60 minutes. Why is it that at thirty minutes my temp increases somewhat and at sixty minutes it decreases? Should I only look at the thirty or should i look at both the thirty and sixty? Also, the fact that I take it sublingually, does that change what time I should check my temp? (I'm thinking, sublingually, the t3 is slowly being released, so it can take up to 10-15 minutes to melt all the way) thank you!
