Guest guest
Hi Nick/Val/Anyone else who might know: I've had a nasty sinus infection and I think it's gone by now. I had been taking 85 hc a day and am ready to come off that dose. Val had suggested not to increase t3 while being ill and the advice was well taken. So I'm still on 45 mcg cytomel and now that sinus infection is over, how do I increase the cytomel while decreasing the hc? I'm not sure how often to reduce the hc dose and by what amount. I do think I will increase the cytomel by 5 mcg at a time, but not sure how often, like once in 3 days? or once a week? Should I work on only one thing at a time? like only reduce hc and when that is reduced begin working on increasing t3? (I'm thyroidless) Thank you!
