I used to take an rx B-vitamin called "Trio-B" over here in Norway. It had 3 kinds of Vitamin B in it, including B12. It had 5000 mcg of B12. It never really helped me. I swallowed it. Maybe sublingual will the IT for me! I hate injections! :P At least THEY worked! :)Subject: Re: My latest labs... Never paid much attention to the flavors. Used to take Cyanocobalamin, now take Methylcobalamin; think they were both cherry flavored. Sublingual b12 has always worked well for me, I suspect that some folks who have not had good luck with it have not taken enough of it, i.e., they took less than 5000 mcg every single day.

Yeah that's why it didn't work huh. My B12 levels now, while not at the top of the range, are still rowards the top of the range, while swallowing a B-Complex every day. So it must do something for me. I dunno. I need more B12. Where would you say B12 should be on the range, or above it?

By swallowing it you negated any good the B12 might have done oyu.

Stomach acids destroy B12.
