I haven't really looked at exactly what is going on, but when I drink two quarts of water in the morning, and two quarts in the afternoon, I feel sooooo much better. I have more energy, my dry eye isn't as bad, and I make it a point to walk more(take the long way around to wherever I'm going). Of course, to do that, you have to have access to a restroom<g>.
