Guest guest
Well I've had to come off this T3 stuff. It wasn't getting me anywhere but there must be a lesson to be learned from the past 8 months.T3 increased my pulse from 60-80 and my temperature just a little but there was definitely a strain on the body with light-headed episodes, and palpitations. I was worse on 100ug Cynomel than on 160ug of the Thai stuff. Most of these symptoms have disappeared now. My cortisol was top of the range at 10am; perhaps that indicates that my levels are too high and points to adrenal fatigue. I want to try Isocort - will that allow the adrenals to rest? I've also ordered an Adrenal Rebuilder.I don't fully understand adrenal fatigue - do they over produce cortisol first and then diminish?I exercise, don't smoke or drink and eat well and yet I have to put up with not knowing where I am most of the time, and never enjoying a single day.KMF Yahoo!7: Catch-up on your favourite Channel 7 TV shows easily, legally, and for free at PLUS7.
