Had blood test today disappointed

I had my blood test today and I was wanting them to do the Adrenal Saliva test but the nurse said that the doctor doesn't do that test. I was very disappointed. The only test they would do is

TSH

Free T4 Free T3

Thyroid Antibodies (anti-TPO & TgAB

Ferritin

LIPID Panel

Reverse T3

This is all they would test

Will I be able to find out anything with these test?

Just from reading the different post I really think I have Adrenal fatigue with some Thyroid issues. But I am not sure. I have been under severe stress for the last 7 years it seems. Since I have been on the 's T3 program I sleep all night. Here lately I wake up about every other day very tired and achy. I was craving salt but since I started taking a 1/4 tsp of unrefined Celtic Sea Salt I don't crave salt anymore.

I am so disappointed I just want to cry. I really want to find out what is wrong with me. Does anybody know of a doctor in Oklahoma City area that knows anything about the thyroid?
