Help! HC and surgery tomorrow question

I should have asked this sooner, I have surgery about 8 am in the morning , I

cant eat or drink anything after 12 midnight tonight. when should I take HC and

how much?

Im very nervous and scared,I have to be there at 6:30 am , it starts at 8am,

lasting around half an a hour I believe.

Do I take some HC, im scared of getting a nauseous tummy from going without

water for so long and from just being nervous.

They are giving me a local and some sedation by IV but I should be awake.
