? Gluten free rolls

Master mix: 8 cups white rice flour

4 cups brown rice flour

3 cups sweet rice flour

1 ¼ cup sugar

2 2/3cup powdered milk (I use my rice milk)

2 Tblsp salt

7 Tblsp Xanthum gum or Guar gum

1 ½ cup spelt flour

1 tsp. Soda

½ tsp. Salt

Blend : 1 cup buttermilk

or 1 cup water

2 Tsp. Buttermilk powder from King

Arthur Catalog.

¼ cup clarified butter or light olive oil

Add to the flour mixture & bake 350º - 20 – 25min or until

toothpick comes out clean.
