Guest guest
? Crackers Sift : 1 cup spelt flour ¼ tsp salt Add : 2 tablespoon butter 1/8 teaspoon baking powder water (cold) Work butter with your fingers and add just enough cold water to make a nice not too sticky, dough. If you add a little too much and dough is too gooey, just add a bit more flour. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough until it has a nice texture. Roll out the dough with a lightly floured rolling pin as thin as possible. Cut dough into 2” squares. Grease a cookie sheet and bake 350º until crackers are crisp brown. Remove crackers from pan and cool on a cake rack. Attachment: vcard [not shown]
