Guest guest
Thanks a lot Val, How should I reduce T3? little by little? Also, when will I know my adrenals are stable? Although I have been unable to check my daily temps the last few days (because I was traveling and had lots of things going on), I have been checking for the last two months and they have been stable for the most part, even though I have been loosing weight. So I get the impression that my temps are not very helpful to asses my addrenal status? Regarding ferritin last time I tested (a few months ago) I had 60 or 70 (I don't remember exactly and I can't check right now). I have been suplementing with iron a bit to prevent it from droping, but halfhartedly only, mostly because it upsets my stomach. > > I owuld reduce the T3 for now and get your adrenals stable. Guest guest
Iwould get on a steady dose of 100mg a day and you can try the Blue Bonnet Iron Bisglycinat that seems to cause less tummy probelms. I would go immediately to 87.5mcg T3 and see how that feels. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
Thanks! Actually I bought the other day " Solgar Gentle Iron. Iron Bisglycinat " through the ineternet (but hasn't arrived yet), following the advice I read in here. One question about it: should I take it all at once? and with an empty stomach or after food? I have thousends of questions about adrenals, etc. Do you think the dose of T3 I am taking (125) is stressing the addrenals? Actually I felt quite O.K. until I started getting stressed about external problems (some of them which upset a lot my OCD). To go to 87.5 sound like a big drop, I will follow your advice, but I am scared to get very hypo... Oh dear, I am sooooo scared this will not work (either). Sorry but my body is screaming for reasurance!!!! I actually have very pleasant feelings with T3, my face warms up, my nostrils open, and most of the time I get a wonderful feeling of well being, but the feeling fades away. If onely I could make it stay! > > Iwould get on a steady dose of 100mg a day and you can try the Blue > Bonnet Iron Bisglycinat that seems to cause less tummy probelms.
