I've increased my HC slightly at bedtime, which seems to help some, along with my T3 sublingual dose. In the middle of the night, since I wake up almost every night, I've been experimenting, keep this on my bedside table, and this usually works to get me back to sleep: some protein, an Isocort tab, a half T3 dose, and salt water. I've been waking with more energy as well. And the wobbly feeling disappeared.� I still had the usual lightheadeness but I felt much calmer. > > My questions are (i) is it alright to take this much sea salt per day? High AM cortiosl dosing is lowering your aldosteron e too much. Thus you become a salt waster and have to constantly replenish it. You also have VERY top loaded say wiht the HC.
