SR T3 is so weak, which I believe it is - in effect making my meds almost like

T4 only - would adding cynomel to T4 clear up my RT3? Not sure if it works like

that. But please let me know what you think. Somewhere you said that if your

RT3 is over 250 you will need T3 only, since my RT3 is 290 this is my plan.

T3 only is the guaranteed method, you can try mixing T4/T3 but I doubt

it will get you there, plenty of people on Armour have RT3 issues

Sounds like you've got the idea, get ferritin up, support adrenals,

increase T3.

The weak SRt3 will probably be Ok for now while you get the ferritin

up, swap to the Cynomel later when you need a higher dose

sicker for a lot longer if I had not found all this information. I will let you

all know how it goes.

Good luck and feel free to ask questions
