Guest guest
With weak adrenals too much exercise actully pulls them down worse. SOMWE is needed to stimulate them to produce some cortils but if it takes over 10 mnutes to recoop after eercise, it was too much. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
Yeah ok then that's the test. 10 minutes+ is bad for recovery. actually, BEFORE I started taking HC, I did some exercise... very calm stuff, like walking on a macine at the gym for 15 minutes.. I was a little beat after that and never understood why. now I think I know why! it was probably my adrenals! :pSo my own plan of 20 minutes walk daily, and maybe 20 situps daily is ok? Guest guest
Walking is good - it's functional and you should try to walk every day. You don't have to power walk- just move.Crunches are a waste of your time -?you cannot spot reduce. So crunching will not "crunch away" your abdominal fat/ bloat.Hormonal balance (easier said than done), eating clean, whole foods and some moderate exercise will help you lose body fat- no ab exercise without the above will work.BonnieSent from my iPhone How much is too much? My specialist tells me to only MOVE at all when I feel like it - When I have enough energy to do so. My father tells me to PUSH myself. He obviously does not know as much about Adrenal Fatigue and Hypothyroidism as my specialist. But I am not sure about this. This far I've been walking 1 trip daily. Sometimes I haven't walked for 4-5 days. In the past 2 days I've had one walking trip daily, for about 20 minutes, very relaxed walking. I feel my body is falling apart. Should I do crunches indoors? I need advie, I am clueless and suffering! I know taking HC is difficult, and with exercise, god knows how much HC I need extra. Should I stress dose after crunching for 5 minutes? This is difficult! I was exercising from 1997 to 2003. Then I stopped. I was active, traveling, working, went to school, ran after the girls etc. from 2003 til 2007. In the beginning of 2008 my life stopped and here I am today with a horrible mysterious hypo condition + AF. The question remains: What do I do now? Start exercising? - More or less INACTIVE for the last 2 whole years.
