Temp drop, heart fluttering/jumping

I did well last week on 62.5 mcg of T3 so I raised it to 75 on Sunday. Sun and

Mon just had a couple of uncomfortable heart symptoms with an afternoon temp of

98.2 but today my heart has been worse and my 3pm temp is 97.6. I've been

adding a little extra HC as that has seemed to help me tolerate the T3 in the

past, but I'm wondering why such a big drop today? My ferritin dropped to 27

last month from 67 in Oct. (I'm guessing it was due to two things: my OB

ordering labs which took 8 tubes of blood in Nov., AND my RT3 returning). So I

am megadosing the iron to try and get the ferritin back up. I hate being so

hypo especially in pregnancy and yet the heart symptoms can be frightening.

I am also wondering if maybe my heart is just acting this way to signify it's

need for more T3? Should I cut back down to 62.5mcg and try in a week or so to

raise again?
