Guest guest
Actualyl from the studies I have been able to find, T3 does stimulate production od both testosterone and estrogen. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11075722 However high T3 will raise SHBG which also biinds those androgens as well s may leave the free levles much as they were. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/

Guest guest
Thank you, Val; I ask because my free testosterone is below range and not sure whether to supplement with the cream or wait a few weeks until t3 is optimized, at which point my body will be producing enough test. In other words, my test. is low because my free t3 is low; and as I increase cytomel my test. will increase. On the other hand, should I be using the test. cream at least for the next few weeks until my t3 is at optimal levels? > > Actualyl from the studies I have been able to find, T3 does stimulate > production od both testosterone and estrogen. > > http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11075722 > > However high T3 will raise SHBG which also biinds those androgens as > well s may leave the free levles much as they were. > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ >
Guest guest
I agree with you about supplementing. is there a certain time of the month when I should be applying the cream? any particular phase of my menstrual cycle? Any particular part of the day? I am ready to begin today, as the low numbers concern me. Thanks a lot for your help! > > I suspect your testosterone is lwo due to adrenal supression. Guest guest
Just wanted to add that my testosterone went up in 1997 when I started on T4-only. I now have a low testosterone at 10. Should be above 10, towards 40 is it? Anyway. It's low now. So I hope T3-only will help me with this soon! Guest guest
Thank you so much, Val! I went ahead with the cream this morn, .2 ml as per pharmacy's insructions. Is that the right amount? My test. serum is <3 (as per LabCorp) I thought I had tested free test. but just checked my labwork adn it only says testosterone serum. Is supplementing .2 ml cream enough for such low levels of test. serum? > > There is no cyclical nature wiht testosterone and AM is the usual > recommendation ot apply the cream. > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ >
Guest guest
Women do not need much testosterne so in a couple months onthis dose you should have it retested. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
Thank you! Indeed i have been on high doses of hc and have been decreasing since my sinus infection has passed. It's been advised here to decrease slowly; however, I find that I can't handle that much hc, even as I am decreasing. I now need a much lower dose. How does one work it out? 90 was just right when I was sick but right now as I decrease 80, 70. 60, they're all too much for me; as I have the symptoms of too much cortisol. What's one to do? > > Women do not need much testosterne so in a couple months onthis dose you > should have it retested. > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ >
