Swelling and Snoring..Thyroid or Adrenal or Both?

Please bear in mind with me I am writing this along with brain fog and slowness.

I think my Adrenals are quite supportive I have the typical little belly and I

am able to tolerate SR T4 26.25 w/o issues. Still waiting for cynomel. Sure is

taking long for it to come in.

I am not sure what tests I should get to determine what I need to adjust.

Here are my syptoms that I am slowly developing and now it is starting to get

bothersome.

My neck is swollen or getting fat or whatever. I feel like a hand is squeezing

around it. I noticed I snore now and last night I jerked up out of bed and I

think it has to do with not breathing. I know if I bend my head down I don't

breathe as well and I snore. I never had this problem before and I am wondering

if it is the thyroid? Does your neck swell like this when you get enough HC and

they hypo gets in and this is the symptom? I always had a long thin swan neck

and you can see my define throat, but you can't anymore. I even look like I am

getting a double-chin. Also, my voice sounds hoarse.

I also swell and it doesn't matter if the weather is hot or cold. I swell

around my ankles and kness, but I find it is problably all over, though I notice

it here the most. The last couple of days my knees and ankles look pretty bad.

I do drink salted water and twice a day I add the 1/2 tsp morning and night.

When my adrenals were really bad I was very underweight and complained about it,

but now I am 10lbs overweight.

I know my body is changing because I began HC and worked on the adrenals and

then my hypothyroid symptoms kicked in.

I did not have any of these issues when my adrenals were weak. Now they are

supported I am getting them.

I do have high RT3 ratio 8 and my Aldosterone is 5.

I read that HC can lower my potassium. Maybe that is happening to me?

Well could you please let me know what tests would be helpful for you. I read

about RBC tests and not sure what that is.

Please be specific on the tests because I know there is serum type, urine,

etc....

Thanks so much.
