Guest guest
According the temp section on the RT3 website, we should be tweaking our dosage to get a good temp rhythm (ie lowest in the morning & gently rising until about 6pm the them gently lowering. I'm taking my temps at noon, 3pm & 6pm. I don't have a good rhythm yet & my 6pm is sometimes lower than the 3pm. Also, sometimes my 3pm & 6pm are the same temp. Should I be adjusting for a good temp rhythm before my temps are high enough? If yes, how would you approach the adjustment? Is it better to tweak the timing of the dosages before upping the amount of the dose? Here's my dosing schedule. 8am: 25mcg T3, 10 HC noon: 25mcg T3, 10 HC 4pm: 25mcg T3, 7.5 HC 7pm: 25mcg T3, 5 HC bedtime: 25mcg T3, 2.5 HC Recent Labs: Ferritan: 109 (10 - 232) Potassium: 4.9 3.5 - 5.3 Sodium: 147 135 - 146 (I've stopped adding sea salt to my water) Total Testosterone: 32 5-42 Free Testosterone: 1.8 35-155 B12: 434 (200 - 1100) D 25 OH Total: 34 (20 - 100) Calcium: 9.6 (8.6 - 10.2)
