Guest guest
I feel your pain. I had bronchitis that didn't need much stress dosing, but once it went into my sinuses and turned into an infection, I was freezing cold and needed to stress dose more. Either that or my adrenals re-crashed. Are you feeling fatigued? What helped a little was taking Airborne, but you might need to stress-dose HC for a few days. Or try taking some sublingually instead of stress-dosing? Just a thought. Are you taking any OTC medication? I was taking guaifenesin, and that was contributing to eating up my cortisol. It was just plain guaifenesin with no pseudoephedrin, but I think the artificial coloring (aluminum lake, and aluminium is toxic, and I already have heavy metal issues) was making my body more stressed out. But I wound up having to go in antibiotics because herbs weren't helping, and I was just wiped out, and my temp was up and down from upper 98s to low 97s. I think my body wanted to run a fever but couldn't. Now I have another cold. Ugg, I hate it when I catch everything that my son brings home from school. Ha, no wonder my temps went from 97.3 to 97.7; I was sitting still. I got outa bed and puttered about a bit, and rechecked temps nearly an hour after t3 dose, and temps are back down to 97.3. The only way to keep the temps stable or up is by sitting still all day? Why's it when I walk about my temps go down? Not enough hc to support it? maybe I need more hc til I get over my sinus thing? But I'm already topping it at 85 hc. So frustrated.
